1. How do I make a purchase?

2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
- You can shop at Holy Fashion without creating an account. However, if you register with us you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:
- - Keeping track of your orders and reviewing your previous purchases.
- - Adding and viewing in Wish List the products that are no longer available in stock, and you will be automaticaly notified if or when the products become available.
- - Saving your personal information so you can shop even quicker next time.
3. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
- Orders from Romania are shipped in maximum 48 hours after the confirmation of availability. Under normal conditions, products are delivered in 24 hours from shipment date, but only during business days.
- International orders are shipped in maximum 24 hours after receipt of the payment. It takes 5-7 working days for the goods to reach its destination.
- All prices are VAT included.
- Transport taxes are not included in the products prices.

- - Romania - 25 RON/order. For lower than 500 RON (Approx 110 EUR)
- - International - EU Countries = 120 RON (Approx 25 EUR)/order.
- - International - NON-EU Countries = 180 RON (Approx 40 EUR)/order.
- - Free for orders exceeding 500 RON, shipping anywhere in Romania.
- - Free International shipping for orders exceeding 1125 RON (250 EUR).
- - Free shipping in Romania for products that are part of promotions (ON SALE/CLEARANCE) on orders exceeding 1000 RON or 220 EUR.
- - Free international shipping for products that are part of promotions (ON SALE/CLEARANCE) on orders exceeding 2300 RON or 500 EUR.
4. Do you offer same day delivery in Bucharest?
- Yes, we offer same day delivery in Bucharest, if the order is placed before 1pm, on a business day. Same day shipping is free for orders exceeding 500 Ron, otherwise the shipping fee is 30 Ron.
5. How do I pay?

6. Can I still buy an item that is no longer in stock?
- To buy an item that is no longer available in stock, please add it to your Wish List and you will be notified by e-mail when the desired item will be available in stock.
7. How do I return or exchange an item?
- The customer has the right to notify the Company in writing of the intention to renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a particular reason, within 14 business days from receipt of the product. Once the 14 days for returning the product without invoking a particular reason have expired, returns are possible only for defective items. All products sold by HOLY FASHION come with a 31-day minimum warranty. If a product comes with a longer warranty period, this will be mentioned in the product description. Customers have the right to return one or more faulty items within 31 days of purchase. After the 31 day warranty expires, the customer has the right to an exchange of the product or a free repair. 8. What discounts can I get?
Promotions and personal discounts cannot be cumulated.
The following brands are not part of any promotions unless specified on the website : IP by Paris, Killem Clothing Line, Giuliano Sabau and Gold District.
- 10% discount after the total of your orders exceeds 680 EUR.
- 15% discount after the total of your orders exceeds 2250 EUR.
- 20% discount after the total of your orders exceeds 4500 EUR.
The discount is enabled only after the total ammount of your orders exceeds the listed limits.
If by now the total amount of your orders is 510 EUR and your current order value is 200 EUR, you won't get the 10% discount, however the discount will be enabled on all your future orders, no matter their value.
9. Can I buy a Gift Card?
- Yes, you can buy a Gift Card which we can send via e-mail to the beneficiary or via courier, after your order has been paid. More details in section Gift vouchers
10. Is it safe to use my credit card to pay online?
- All credit card information sent to Holy Fashion is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL), and once received, it is stored in a PCI compliant environment. This data is not shared between buyers and sellers. Holy Fashion follows generally accepted industry standards to protect other personal information that's submitted to us, both during transmission and after Holy Fashion receives it. Holy Fashion has security measures in place to reduce risk and manage any suspicious activity that may occur with payments made through Checkout. All Checkout payments are screened for possible fraud and available funds.

13. How can I track my order?
- If you want to know your order status, all you have to do is to call one of our operators on phone number 0040 740 771 171 in order to get your Air Way Bill number. Next, use the AWB number to track your package status, online on Fan Courier/GLS website or by phone.
